Support enquiries
If you have purchased Priority Support, please call on 0870 626 0973 (calls charged at national rate) with your Priority Support reference ID, which you will be asked for.

For all other Support and Customer Care requests, your Unitechnology software application automatically launches the Support Assistant when you encounter an error.   Alternatively, you can start the Support Request Wizard within the software by clicking Help -> Support and then selecting the Support Request Wizard.

For all other requests for support assistance, please contact our support team on supportdesk@unitechnology.co.uk.

We will get back to you with a response (that's a human response, not just an automated email telling you someone is looking at the problem) within 48hrs.  We appreciate that this seems like a long estimate time, but some issues can be more difficult to resolve than others. We do endeavour to respond with a solution within 24hrs and achieve this for most enquiries.
